Can I make a change to my order?
While we prioritise the swift processing and shipment of orders, we understand that sometimes changes are necessary. While we can't guarantee alterations once an order is placed, please feel free to email our customer care team at hello@peachunderwear.co with your request. We'll make every effort to accommodate your needs if possible.

When will my order ship? When will I receive my order?
We strive to process and ship orders within one business day of the order being placed. For Australian orders, Standard shipping typically takes between 2-6 business days, while Express post delivery is usually 1-3 business days. Please note that once we hand over your order to Australia Post, shipping times are out of our control. If you require expedited delivery, we recommend selecting Express shipping for the fastest delivery and better resolution in case of any issues.

Where do you ship from?
We ship our orders from warehouse HQ in based in Cheltenham, Melbourne, Australia.
Has my order been shipped?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (don't forget to check your junk/spam folder). Please note that with Australia Post shipments, there may occasionally be tracking delays where the first tracking scans may not appear until one day after you've received your tracking information. Rest assured, your package is on its way, and we appreciate your patience as it makes its journey to you.
Do you deliver to parcel lockers or PO Boxes?
Yes, we do.
What is your returns policy?
We are unable to offer returns or refunds for underwear purchases due to hygiene reasons (except in case of faults). However, for bralettes, we do accept returns for exchange or store credit if initiated and received within 14 days of receiving your order. To request an exchange, please email our customer care team at hello@peachunderwear.co.
Please ensure that the bralette is returned to us in brand new, saleable condition with tags attached and in its original packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and only one exchange is accepted per order.

I think the item I have received is faulty. What do I do?
