Can I make a change to my order?

While we prioritize the swift processing and shipment of orders, we understand that sometimes changes are necessary. While we can't guarantee alterations once an order is placed, please feel free to email our customer care team at hello@peachunderwear.co with your request. We'll make every effort to accommodate your needs if possible.

Shipping

When will my order ship? When will I receive my order?

We strive to process and ship orders within one business day of the order being placed. For Australian orders, Standard shipping typically takes between 2-6 business days, while Express post delivery is usually 1-3 business days. Please note that once we hand over your order to Australia Post, shipping times are out of our control. If you require expedited delivery, we recommend selecting Express shipping for the fastest delivery and better resolution in case of any issues.

I haven't received my order

Please reach out to our customer care team with your order number, and we'll investigate further for you. You can expect a response within 24-48 business hours, though during busy periods, it may take up to 72 hours. Our customer care team operates Monday through Friday (excluding Victorian public holidays) from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm AEST.

We ship our orders from warehouse HQ in based in Cheltenham, Melbourne, Australia.

Has my order been shipped?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (don't forget to check your junk/spam folder). Please note that with Australia Post shipments, there may occasionally be tracking delays where the first tracking scans may not appear until one day after you've received your tracking information. Rest assured, your package is on its way, and we appreciate your patience as it makes its journey to you.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We are unable to offer returns or refunds for underwear purchases due to hygiene reasons (except in case of faults). However, for bralettes, we do accept returns for exchange or store credit if initiated and received within 14 days of receiving your order. To request an exchange, please email our customer care team at hello@peachunderwear.co.

Please ensure that the bralette is returned to us in brand new, saleable condition with tags attached and in its original packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and only one exchange is accepted per order.

I think the item I received is faulty?

If you suspect that the item you received is faulty, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to address any concerns promptly. Please ensure you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can assess the situation and resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

Where are you based?

We are based in Melbourne with our office in South Yarra and our warehouse in Cheltenham.

Where are your products made?

All our styles are designed in Melbourne, Australia, and brought to life through our manufacturing partner based in Dongguan, China.

My size is out of stock, will you restock?

This is dependant on whether the style is a core or seasonal style. For out-of-stock styles, you can sign up to receive email notifications by clicking the "notify" button located underneath the product title. If you require further details on restocking timelines, please feel free to reach out to our customer care team at hello@peachunderwear.co.

Is Peach sustainable?

At Peach, sustainability guides all our business decisions. We prioritise minimising waste by ordering smaller quantities to match demand, ensuring that we're not creating products that may go unused. Additionally, we've transitioned from dyed cardboard boxes for product storage, to biodegradable bags.

When shipping your order, we opt for either a recyclable cardboard box with limited dyes and recyclable sticky tape or a biodegradable shipping satchel, depending on the order size. Furthermore, our fabrics and adhesives are certified OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100.

How to care for my seamless underwear?

For best longevity of your seamless underwear, we recommend hand washing in cold water. When machine washed with other garments, even on a delicate cycle, the underwear may rub against abrasive fabrics such as rigid denim or zipper teeth, leading to faster deterioration. Additionally, using cold water is essential, as warm or hot water can cause the fabric's adhesive to dissolve. By following these care instructions, you can help preserve the quality and lifespan of your seamless underwear.

How do I care from my Super Stretch fabric items?

Due to its ultra-lightweight nature, our Super Stretch fabric requires special care. We recommend hand washing in cold water to maintain its quality and lifespan. Machine washing, even on a delicate cycle, may cause snags in the fabric when it rubs against abrasive materials like rigid denim or zipper teeth. By following these care instructions, you can help preserve the quality and extend the lifespan of your Super Stretch underwear.

How do I care from my Bamboo underwear?

As these pairs don't contain glue for fabric bonding, they're less sensitive to washing methods. We recommend using an underwear wash bag and machine washing them on a cold cycle to maintain their quality. This method helps protect the fabric and extends the lifespan of your underwear.
