1. What is a Preorder?
Preordering allows you to reserve an item before it’s officially available. By placing a preorder, you secure your style and size in our upcoming release, ensuring you don’t miss out on our high-demand colours and styles.
2. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of preorder to secure your items. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll hold your items until they’re ready to ship.
3. Estimated Shipping Date
Preorder items are expected to ship on the below dates for the corresponding styles:
Seamless Ultrasmooth 2.0 in Candy and Shiraz: est. 11th November
Seamless Eco 2.0 styles: est. 22nd November
Super Stretch and Seamless Ultrasmooth 2.0 in Black & Latte: est. 29th November
Please note, this date is an estimate and may be subject to change. We’ll notify you if there are any updates to your ship date.
4. Combined Orders
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will ship together on the latest preorder ship date. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those items.
5. Order Cancellations
Preorders can be canceled for a full refund up until 4 weeks out from the estimated shipment date. Once the shipping process begins, we’re unable to accommodate cancellations.
6. Changes to Your Preorder
Changes to your size, colour, or quantity may be possible before the preorder ships. Please contact us at hello@peachunderwear.co as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.
7. Shipping Notifications
Once your preorder ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.
8. Returns and Exchanges

We ship our orders from warehouse HQ in based in Cheltenham, Melbourne, Australia.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (don't forget to check your junk/spam folder). Please note that with Australia Post shipments, there may occasionally be tracking delays where the first tracking scans may not appear until one day after you've received your tracking information. We are unable to offer returns or refunds for underwear purchases due to hygiene reasons (except in case of faults). However, for bralettes, we do accept returns for exchange or store credit if initiated and received within 14 days of receiving your order. To request an exchange, please email our customer care team at hello@peachunderwear.co.
Please ensure that the bralette is returned to us in brand new, saleable condition with tags attached and in its original packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and only one exchange is accepted per order.

Additionally, we've transitioned from dyed cardboard boxes for product storage, to biodegradable bags.

Due to its ultra-lightweight nature, our Super Stretch fabric requires special care. We recommend hand washing in cold water to maintain its quality and lifespan. Machine washing, even on a delicate cycle, may cause snags in the fabric when it rubs against abrasive materials like rigid denim or zipper teeth. By following these care instructions, you can help preserve the quality and extend the lifespan of your Super Stretch underwear.
As these pairs don't contain glue for fabric bonding, they're less sensitive to washing methods. We recommend using an underwear wash bag and machine washing them on a cold cycle to maintain their quality. This method helps protect the fabric and extends the lifespan of your underwear.
