We are unable to offer returns or refunds for underwear purchases due to hygiene reasons (except in case of faults). However, for bralettes, we do accept returns for exchange or store credit if initiated and received within 14 days of receiving your order. To request an exchange, please email our customer care team at hello@peachunderwear.co.
Please ensure that the bralette is returned to us in brand new, saleable condition with tags attached and in its original packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and only one exchange is accepted per order.
