Preorder Terms & Conditions
1. What is a Preorder?
Preordering allows you to reserve an item before it’s officially available. By placing a preorder, you secure your style and size in our upcoming release, ensuring you don’t miss out on our high-demand colours and styles.
2. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of preorder to secure your items. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll hold your items until they’re ready to ship.
3. Estimated Shipping Date
Preorder items are expected to ship on the below dates for the corresponding styles:
Seamless Ultrasmooth 2.0 in Candy and Shiraz: est. 11th November
Seamless Eco 2.0 styles: est. 22nd November
Super Stretch and Seamless Ultrasmooth 2.0 in Black & Latte: est. 29th November
Please note, this date is an estimate and may be subject to change. We’ll notify you if there are any updates to your ship date.
4. Combined Orders
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will ship together on the latest preorder ship date. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those items.
5. Order Cancellations
Preorders can be canceled for a full refund up until 4 weeks out from the estimated shipment date. Once the shipping process begins, we’re unable to accommodate cancellations.
6. Changes to Your Preorder
Changes to your size, colour, or quantity may be possible before the preorder ships. Please contact us at hello@peachunderwear.co as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.
7. Shipping Notifications
Once your preorder ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.
8. Returns and Exchanges
Preorder items are eligible for returns or exchanges under our standard return policy. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.
